You rarely get any time to write when you are traveling. However, you get the best inspirations to write when you are traveling.
Hey! I am traveling too 🚘.
And, there is so much to write.
From the window of our speeding car, all I can see is huge mountains in all shades of black and brown, a gigantic sky and fluffy clouds running here and there.
And, it reminds me of those verses from surah al-Ma’aarij.
“The Day that the sky will be like the Al-Muhl (molten residue of oil)
And the mountains will be like `Ihn (fluffed wool)
And no friend will ask a friend.” [Al-Qur’an; 70: 8-10]
This serene sky and these pegs on earth racing with us with our speeding car reminds me of a destination that is ahead.
And, sadly all those companions who are walking with us in this journey will turn their backs from us.
Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. [Al-Qur’an; 23:101]
Since I am traveling. I can’t write much.
However, I hope it is enough to send the message across, ‘the message of the blue sky and of the hard rocks’.
And, I pray the message makes its impact. Because I am traveling and a traveller’s invocation doesn’t go unheard (bi iznillaah).
I am traveling 🚶♀️and we all are traveling 🏃♂️🏃♀️. All towards the final destination where I will not ask about you and you will not ask about me.
